This is a very common question I get and I think it's because I am a Chiropractor. Most people believe chiropractors just adjust people and send them on their way (unfortunately most do). 

I've learned through the years that all of my patients improved dramatically faster when they had the right rehab program. Most of them didn't need to be adjusted to feel better.

I love treating my patients and I love receiving treatment too, but it isn't necessary to get the results you're looking for.
